The water tank has the advantages of convenient and flexible assembly on site, no deformation, strong shock resistance, corrosion resistance, easy cleaning and long service life.
The water tank can store both cold water and hot water, and is acid-resistant, alkali-resistant, impermeable, leak-proof, and deformable.
Selection instructions
1. When ordering, the size of the water tank, the position of the connection pipe and the size of the pipe diameter should be provided.
2. It is advisable to use storage water temperature at 4-80°C. If the storage water temperature is higher than this value, it can be proposed when ordering, and it will be resolved separately.
3. The load of the water tank to the ground should be approved by the structural designer.
4. When the connection position of the water tank provided by the user is just at the seam of the board, the company needs to adjust it, and the pipe diameter remains unchanged.
Installation and acceptance
1. When installing, leave a maintenance channel not less than 700mm between the box body and the wall, and not less than 500mm on the top and bottom of the box.
2. During the civil construction, the buttresses should be prepared first, and the connection joints around the water tank and between the unit plates at the bottom of the tank should be located on the buttresses.
3. After assembly, close the outlet pipe and drain pipe, open the water inlet pipe, and check until it is full of water while draining the water. It is qualified if it does not leak for 24 hours.
