We have learned from many customers that they will more or less encounter water pollution problems in the later use of stainless steel water tanks. So what causes it, and how can it be avoided?
At present, most of the stainless steel water tanks are installed on the outdoor roof. Since the outdoor roof is exposed to the external environment for a long time, the probability of water quality inside the water tank is greatly increased. So how to avoid the water quality of the stainless steel water tank from being affected? What about pollution?
First of all, if conditions permit, try not to install the water tank on the roof. If you must install the water tank on the roof, then it is best to have a shelter or add a roof to cover it, because in this way, many natural disasters can be avoided. Damage and pollution, such as acid rain, etc.;
It is strictly forbidden to pile up sundries around and on the top of the stainless steel water tank, so as to avoid affecting the water quality inside the water tank, and also to prevent the sundries from deforming the top of the water tank;
Do not scratch the box, because this will affect the anti-corrosion ability of the steel plate, which will cause the box to rust easily and affect the internal water quality;
Regularly arrange personnel to inspect the water tank to ensure that problems can be found in time and can be dealt with quickly;
When cleaning the water tank, professional cleaning personnel should be hired to clean it, and the cleaning process and specifications should be strictly followed to reduce pollution to the inside of the water tank.
